Overview: The ProLiant BL20p G2 delivers performance for enterprise mid-tier applications with Xeon processors high-performance drives and memory. High availability features such as redundant power and hot-plug drives ensure applications stay running. This model is configured with a 3.06GHz Intel Xeon processor (upgradeable to two) a 512KB L2 cache a Smart Array 5i Plus Controller and 512MB PC2100 ECC SDRAM (expandable to 8GB). In addition to the 400MHz front bus speed the BL20p features two available 3.5 hot-swap drive bays a dual port Fibre Channl mezzanine card for redundant SAN connectivity and a Gigabit Ethernet controller with three RJ-45 jacks. There are no pre-installed hard drives so you can configure storage to suit your needs. Supported operating systems include: Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Advanced Server SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 7 Red Hat Linux 8.0 and Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 2.1.
