Overview:
The Compaq PCI card KVM (keyboard video and mouse) switch solution is a low cable density local access switch. The card resides into the PCI slot of the server with the series of cards connected via slim CAT5 cable. This allows for a KVM solution that does not take up any room within the rack. The PCI KVM switch is an ideal solution for those customers with cable management issues within the rack or for configurations with eight or more servers per rack.
