The HP StorageWorks SSL1016 tape autoloader combines library features and capacity in the compact form of an autoloader. It is ideal for replicated systems web-based management reduces dependence on local IT resources allowing multiple sites to be supported centrally; and with a native capacity of just 640 GB the SSL1016 can easily replace a small library for many applications. At 2U high the SSL1016 provides a large amount of storage with out consuming a large amount of valuable rack space.
